A DIY RACE NIGHT PACKAGE - £120

 Why pay lots of money out to someone you don't know to do your race night when you could run it yourself with your 'local character' acting as MC?  We supply projection equipment or 46" lcd Screen depending on the size of your venue, a DVD Player, a Microphone, a PA system, infact everything including leads. We'll provide all the help you need to ensure your race night is a success.We can provide information on where to get dvds, tote tickets and posters

 Well the first thing you need to do is to get us involved. We provide everything you need to run your race night and the expertise and assistance you'll need to make your night a success.

What you need to do to make your racenight a success,

Sponsorship
The most important thing you need to do is get sponsorship for the event. Race Sponsors for each race can be local businesses and Owners for each horse, these can be members, family, friends or infact anyone really.

TOTE Betting Tickets Seller
You need a couple of responsible members to run the tote for the nights and manage the bets on each race. The tote can be setup at a specific table in the room and punters are told to come up to this table between the races to place their bets. This is much less hassle then the sellers moving around the room trying to sell tickets.

MC / Event Coordinator
You should have a good Master of Ceremonies.  Ideally this should be somebody that is a well known member of the pub, club or society and is known as 'a bit of a character'!

Advertise and get people to attend
The more people you get to attend the more money you will make on the night.
